it is recommended for me to work directly with your model rigger.

detailed cutting prioritizes cuts that are divided by many parts, for example each finger will be separated one by one.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all the terms of service described here. You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me. Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes. Doing so will get you permanently banned.

I have the rights to decline anything that I do not feel comfortable in doing.

The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

Any comercial or company project or question could be discussed on my DM discord or email .

As the artists I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works (except for private and commercial commision).

I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.

I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.

Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

You (as client) cannot claim my art or designs as your own. Please be sure to credit me properly when posting it on other sites/social media.

For Commercial Use please read the commercial usage section for claiming / purchasing rights.

Print the work for personal use.

Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.

Use the artwork as reference for a study.

Post the artwork on (non profitable) social media, with credit to me clearly visible.

Claim the artwork as yours.

Remove my watermark/signature. (if theres any)

Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.

Color in my sketches or lineart.

Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

Posted the artwork for profitable purposes.

If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

I reserve the right to charge a fee if I deem fit.

The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.

However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.

This is especially important to consider if you are a Vtuber and want me to keep assets private until your debut.

Everytime you make an order, you have to pay 20% of the price rest of the payment can be paid after sketch.

Full or half payment must be sent after sketch approval. If there’s no payment made, I’ll not continue the commission.

Theres no refund (full payment, half payment or order fee) unless I didn't give any commission progress for 3 months.

Revision max three in the sketch phase, extra revision cost $10+ USD / revision. (read Revision section)

Payment can be made via PayPal Invoice and Local Banks (BCA)

Rate for IDR Payment is Rp.14,000 , and for Vtuber model Rp.10,000 (2024).

You (as client) can request invoice with PDF files.

Requesting other than image file such as PSD/SAI file will be charged and would cost $10+ per file.

You (as client) can request for Rush commision to get your commission done faster in accordance with the desired tight deadline.

You can order a rush commission when you want to skip the waitlist and get the commissions done by a deadline.

Commission's completion for illustration is 4-10 days after the sketch is given. for Vtuber model are depends (could be 7 days to 1 month or more).

Resolution of the artwork will be given in around A4 size. May be smaller or larger depending on the artwork, you can request a resolution that suits your needs.

I can respond fast your DMs around 3PM-12AM (GMT +7).

Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.

I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.

I'm only give 3 Major revision for every each commision on the sketch phase.

Additional major revision will be charged depending on the complexity.

Minor revisions are allowed as long as they are not excessive.

Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees and will counted as a major revision.

Revisions due to my own negligence are free.

It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.

Personal use means the artwork won't generate any kind of profit. Using it as wallpaper/avatar in non-profit sites (Deviantart, Toyhouse, Twitter, Instagram, etc), printing for yourself (not for selling) is personal use.

Commercial use is any use that could generate income, or that solicits customers, or that directly or indirectly has to do with financial gains, such as using the artwork for your brand (marketing materials, business purposes, etc) or social media platforms that are able to gain profit (Twitch/Youtube/etc). Please note commissions for VTuber characters count as commercial use if my work is used as a streaming asset or to market in any kind of way.

If you (as client), wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

The minimum price increase 50% of the original price. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.

The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).

When you buy my copyrights you have rights to forbid me to publish it as my portfolio in my website or any social media.

Feel free to discuss at anytime for the aggrement of what content you will use as a commercial later.

Social media thumbnail/ banner/ icon, music cover & promotional purpose (digital) & Merchandise

Game, book cover, animation/film/video, application/software, etc (depends on whether it is used as commercial use or not)

Vtuber design character/costume design, Vtuber assets

Client will only receive the digital art file, not the printed art or a physical item. Requesting other than image file such as PSD/SAI file will be charge for illustration commision.

For Illustration, You will receive an image A4 (2480 x 3508 px) PNGs. (unless another resolution/file type is requested)

For Vtuber, You will receive PSD format in A4 size , you can request for PNG/Jpeg files.

Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.

Revision of final product is permitted and will be charged according to the price listed.

The commissioner must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.

You also can request invoice (pdf) .

Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you post or use it on another platform.

Vtuber also needs to credit me in any platform.

Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.

A refund is not permitted. (full payment, half payment or order fee) unless I didn't give any commission progress for 3 months.

You may cancel your commision up to sketch phase but theres no refund except for a spesific reasons.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.

I reserve the right to re-use the sketch (in the form of a pose or design) to be reused as material for other commission or the custom design to be traded in the form of adoptables.

Please reply to the comment ''bid here'' if you want to bid. Please bid in chains.

Please be responsible with your bid (no cancel bid).

Payment done by Paypal in USD currency.

The winner have 48 hours to pay. if there is no response then the winner will be handed over to the second winner (who bid the second largest).

I will send the non-watermarked and full size image to the winner after payment.

Holding is not allowed.

This adoptable only for personal use, please discuss it first. Unless you pay the commercial rights or auto buy.

Disrespecting rules may lead to a permanent ban or blacklist. Blacklisted users may lose the right to obtain and own my designs in the future.

Repost it as their own character profile but please provide with watermark.

Make changes to the design you see fit, including (but not limited to) changing things like colors, gender, clothing, body shape, or adding things like scars/tattoos/accesories.

Use the adopted character in any personal project, RP purposes or anything! the character is belongs to you, as long as the art is properly credited and personal use.

Making them an Altenate Universe aslong that its not canon (for the limited adoption series).

Gift/Trade/Reselling is allowed but you cannot sell it for more than what you paid. If you have drawn or commissioned additional artwork of them, you may add the value of those art pieces to the sale price should you choose to sell them.

Claim the original art as your own.

Duplicate/edit the art with intent to sell the results as your own or as part of your own product.

Using it as profit / profitable content (example: using it as a mascot or face of a commercial project or logo, printing merchandise, or including the art in a book/resource pack with intent to sell.)

you can purchase commercial use authorization for your adopt.

Price for purchasing commercial for adoptable will cost +50%- +100% from its original price for a full character design, please discuss with me first.

Any AUTO BUY is included with commercial use

After purchase commercial rights, you may use your design commercially be it for vtuber models, books, comics, games, merchandise, etc.

This authorization is not transferable.

You may not gift/trade/resell this authorization to a new user.

You may not raise the resell price of an adopt if you decide to purchase commercial use authorization and then decide to get rid of the adopt later.
